Believe me, this doesn't even make a DENT in the massive amount of items in this sale.  This is a historical house, belonging to one of the co-founders of Jennings itself, along with the house being home to a former Mayor of Jennings! It was also was home to FIVE generations of this family, so there is a LOT of stuff to entice you to find your treasures in this home. 

Terms and Conditions: 

Local pickup for most items. Drop off offered in some towns, see events postings for info.   Shipping is available for smaller items if prearrangements are made with us FIRST, shipping costs goes to the buyer. Contact seller for details. Payment by Credit Cards ONLY will be expected  immediately after the end of the auction.  Paid receipts will be emailed after payments are posted and we are informed of your email address. Please include your tax exempt status upon notification of your winning bid. Sales tax will be charged if your info is not received or does not include all required information .  Buyers required to disassemble, load, and removed all furniture pieces or large items by the buyers and their helpers. 

All Items Sold **AS IS**. Please read the information on each item before you bid.  If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask! There are NO REFUNDS!

Pick-Up day follows the Auction. We will be there Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday for you to get your items.  Please be advised that the physical sale starts on Thursday, so we will need you to pick-up your paid item before then.
